ZBQ-50/6air injection pump is mainly used for mines, subways, tunnels, water,construction and broken rock grouting condensation works,can also be adaptedfor the mine face pregrouting.

Structurecomposition

ZBQ-50/6pneumatic injection pump's basic structure is dominated by pipe racks,cylinder, piston, end caps, connecting boxes, hydraulic cylinder, intake andexhaust plasma cylinder, valve and some auxiliary pieces of composition. Thepump is delivered with φ60mm, φ100mm two kinds of hydraulic cylinders and twosets of φ100m, grouting cylinder can be replaced if necessary. When replacing,loosen four M12 nuts of the cylinder left , remove the front cylinder head,cylinder scored. When the need to φ60mm cylinder, just take off the sleeve thendirectly installed φ60mm the hydraulic cylinder; when required φ100mm hydrauliccylinder, take off the φ75mm sleeve before and after the cylinder head , thesleeve can be installedφ100mm hydraulic cylinder after changed φ100mm sleeve.

Compressedair through the valve in the manifold to the two conjoined air cleaner,purified gas pressure regulator to a fixed value, with a barometer in between,we can observe the intake manifold pressure and air filter's judgment bowl isblocked, you can also determine the regulator is working properly, theregulator output after barometer indicates the gas pressure regulator, aftertwo conjoined in the lubricator to the two five-way valve and actuator valve .Turn the dial on the cylinder rod valve stroke by stroke valve control valve,transform outlet direction, pushing the cylinder piston reciprocates, thecylinder exhaust gas discharged to the atmosphere through the muffler go.Hydraulic cylinder piston rod cylinder piston directly promote, through pulpinlet and exhaust valves, the completion of the work of suction slurry, theslurry through a blender and packer, is pressed into the wall of the hole,which spread to a crack in the rock.

Constantpressure regulator in two conjoined with gas flow automatically adjusts theoutput, while maintaining the performance of the output gas pressure constant,which constitutes a closed loop automatic control of the pump, so that thedrain with a constant pressure automatically adjust the amount of performance.
