Product Introduction

Hydraulic grouting pump is a fully hydraulic,adjustable pressure grouting pump. The use of high pressure pump is easilysolidified substance or mixture (water, mud, water glass, etc.) of the rock orsoil cracks and cavities accurate injection order to reduce leakage, rock andsoil consolidation purposes.

Hydraulic grouting pump is widely used for coal,underground water well construction and engineering, but also for tunneling andmaintenance, construction of dams, large bridges, high-rise buildings andvarious underground foundation treatment works.

Structure and working principle

Hydraulic grouting pump consists of motor, gearpumps, pressure relief valve, hydraulic valve block, cylinder, cylinder, mixersand tanks, radiators, oil filter, intake and exhaust valves and electricalcontrol box and other components.
