Usage
Mortar mixer with reasonable structure, good mixing quality, mixing time is short, low energy consumption, low noise characteristics. Suitable for mixing dry hard, semi-hard, plastic and various proportions of the concrete, to meet different application requirements.
Mortar mixer consist of the mixing tube, shaft, gear, chassis and other components, mortar mixer can be used for building metallurgy, railway bridges, prestressed components such as the construction and maintenance.
Instructions
1.the loaded ash, sand and other materials, the max particle size not greater than 5 mm, not mixed with gravel and other debris (such as nails, vegetation, etc.).
2.Ratio of slurry:according to mortar pump using materials selection and configuration.
3.the mixing mortar pump slurry consistency meet the requirements.
Operating instruction
1.the installation of mortar mixer should be smooth firm, walking round shall stand suspended, base should be boosted out of the ground. In the vicinity of the installation should take the fortified building smashing, anti-canopy.
2.check the electrical equipment before operation, leakage protection and reliable then zero or ground protection; transmission parts, complete and effective safety devices, only after confirming that no abnormal test run.
3.the operation when the first start, to be operating normally, before feeding and water, stirring, add enough material shall be then vigorously. Sand should be sifted, feeding excess is strictly prohibited.
4.the use of tools should be higher than when feeding a stirring blade, non-operation of the tool inserted into the mixing tube steak material.
5.large debris falling into the mixing tube, you must stop and then check in hand to pick up fishing prohibited operation.
6.running non-maintenance, found stuck or abnormal, should be shut down and then wind up troubleshooting.
7.the job is completed, you must cut off the power, unplug the power plug (pin), and water will be cleaned inside and outside mortar mixer (non-electrical equipment when cleaning water) before leaving.
