These wind towers are made from solid steel andwelded by certified welders, which is the tower units for wind power turbine,applied with wind power Generator during wind power generation. It is the largediameter & thick steel pipe structure below the generator of a wind turbinethat supports the turbine, houses the meters and wires, and keeps the turbinehigh above the ground level to protect the surrounding area and people from theforce of the blades. It is also the main stressed components which need to beenough strength and rigidity to endure huge wind pressure and shearing forces.The base also serves to elevate the turbine above surrounding obstacles thatcould otherwise block the wind. The tower units are formulated to a large tubewith a variety of accessories which include platforms, ladders, cable fixings,positioning of switchboard and so on.
Our MEGATRO hydraulic towers are secured with a pivot base and come in avariety of tower heights (10M/20M/30M/40M/50M/60M/80M). Additional towerheights on request.
MEGATRO's all welded design provides maximum tower stiffness, minimumtwist/sway and bending. After fabrication towers are delivered to thegalvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through thefacility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strictprocedures insure years of maintenance free towers. For some of tower we cannot hop DIP galvanized but painting them with top-quality painting material asper clients' requirements.
All fabrication will be discussed by both parties and reach an agreement beforemast production.
