Product Introduction
Oscillating feeder is usually used as the feedingequipment combining ball mill with ore belt conveyor,with two modes ofadjusting the quantity of ore fed:adjusting the eccentricity of eccentricwheel; adjusting the flashboard discharging ore.
Operating Principle
The oscillating feeder can be installed on the ground or onto dischargeport of one bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement. Strokecan be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of thestroke.According to experience of some mines sites, the eccentric throw shouldno less than 30mm for cohensive ore. The chute width is 2--2.5 times of maximumfeeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularityless than 500mm.
