Introduction
Mesophilic amylase UTA－98 is a amylase product from fermentation using a genetically engineered microbial strain developed by the Hunan Youtell Biochemical, LTD.
Product Appearance and Solubility
Appearance: brown liquid
Density: 1.10-1.20
Solubility: Completely soluble and easily mixed with other surfactants. .
Product Characteristics
1.Effective, mesotherm amylase, rapidly digest starch to oligosaccharide.
2.No negative effect to clothes.
3.Provide environmentally friendly strategy.
Application Conditions
Enzyme dosage: 0.1 ～ 0.5 g/l
pH: 6.00 ～ 7.50
Liquid ratio: 1:5 – 1: 15
Temperature: 60 ～ 70℃.
Time: 5 – 10 min depending on garment properties and specific requirements
Other Attentions
The product can only be used for textile and apparel processing. Minimize dust and avoid contact to skin and mucous. If accidently contacted, rinse with water thoroughly. For further safety information, contact Youtell for a copy of “Material Safety Data Sheet”. The products should not exposure to rain or direct sunlight.
Product Storage
The product can be stored in sealed original bags for 12 months at temperature below 25oC, free of direct sun light.
Package
The product is packed in 20 kg/barrel. Customer package can also be arranged.
