Cold water neutral cellulase UTA-88 (Power)

Introduction
       Neutral Cellulase UTA－88 is a high concentrated cellulase product from fermentation using a genetically engineered microbial strain developed by the Hunan Youtell Biochemical, LTD. It is an environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and low back-staining cellulase product that functions in broad pH and temperatures ranges.

Product Characteristics
      1.Used for “stone-wash” of jeans, offering high contrast texture patterns with low back-staining,
      2.Broad pH range, normally no pH adjustment necessary,
      3.Can be used alone or in combination with pumice stones.

Product Properties
      Appearance: White or off-white powder
      Solubility:  Completely soluble in 40℃ water.

Application Conditions
       High concentrated UTA-88 should be diluted to ready-to-use product
       Temperature: 30 -40℃
       Time: 30 – 90 min depending on garment properties and specific requirements
       pH value: Normally no pH adjustment is necessary (If the pH falls out of pH 6.5-7.8, use acetic acid or sodium carbonate to adjust the pH)

Inactivation:
       a. Adjust the pH to 9.0 – 9.5 with sodium carbonate or heat the solution to temperature to 70℃ for at least 15 min
       b. Use bleach

Other Attentions
       The product can only be used for textile and apparel processing. Minimize dust and avoid contact to skin and mucous. If accidentally contacted, rinse with water thoroughly. For further safety information, contact Youtell for a copy of “Material Safety Data Sheet”. The products should not exposure to rain or direct sunlight.

Product Storage
       The product can be stored in sealed original bags for 12 months at temperature below 25℃, free of direct sun light.

Package
       The product is packed in 20 kg paper bags. Customer package can also be arranged.
