Precise punched slotted screen is made up of base pipe, stainless steel slotted jacket and support rings.
Performance feature:
1.Precision controlled slot:
The width of the slot can be controlled within 0.1-1.00mm, the precision of the slot is ±0.05mm,
It can match stratum sand of different particle sizes and satisfy the need of down-hole sand control.
2.Excellent corrosion resistance:
Stainless steel slotted jacket can resist the corrosion of acid, base and salt and can adapt the special wells that contains H2S,CO2 and High C1 and the width will be the same during using.
3.Good body strength and anti deformation capacity:
The inner of the slotted jacket supported by base pipe, compared with standard casing and tubing, the body strength of the perforated pipe just decrease 2-3%. Though the local is out of shape, the slot of the Pressure parts will not enlarge. It has a reliability of sand prevention.
4.High density slot, Low flow resistance :
The opening percentage of precise punched slotted screen is 2-3 times than common ones.It’s good for increasing of the output of the oil and gas.
