The plastic construction formwork production line consists of single-screw extruder, feeding machine, flat T-die, three-roller calendars, supporting roller cooling device, edge trimming unit, and unloading table.

Plastic construction formwork is a new type of construction formwork produced by recycled PE material, coal ash, calcium carbonate and other fillings. It can replace steel and bamboo construction formwork, as well as be used as composite plate in combination with wood plate, aluminum plate.
