High Mast Lighting Pole

High-mast lighting is a tall pole with lighting attached to the toppointing towards the ground, usually but not always used to light a highway orrecreational field. The pole that the lighting is mounted on is generally atleast 30 meters tall, while the lighting consists of a luminaire ringsurrounding the pole with one or several independent lighting fixtures mountedaround it. Some units have the lighting surrounded by a circular shield toprevent or reduce light pollution or lighttrespass from affecting neighbourhoods adjacent to the highway.

The high mast lighting height at least 30M, evenhigher, the Masts shall be continuously tapered of polygonal cross section,presenting good visual appearance. Masts are often made to suit clients'particular requirements.

MEGATRO high mast lighting pole specification as follow:

1.material steel: Chinese steel Q235, Q345, or ASTM A36, GR50, ORStainless pipe or other material  
2.Finishing: Hot dip galvanizing with zinc coat thickness 86 microns or Powdercoating
3 Shape: tapered and non-tapered, octagonal, polygonal and round
4 Height: 30M, or as per client requirement

5 Length: within 14 meters once forming without slip joint.
6 Thickness of bending plate: 2.5mm-65mm

7. Safety: 2.0 or as per design

8. Head Frame point suspension type better for balancing of Lantern Ring

9. Aerodynamic shape and mechanically strong to face wind speed up to 180km/h.
