Heat Resistant Sandstone Tile Adhesive Eco Friendly For Kitchen

PB-02 Tile Adhesive is a high performance, professional formula adhesive with the high bond strengths required for all kinds of tiles and stones installations. Suited for ceramic, mosaic, quarry, pavers, gauged slate, porcelain and gauged stone tile. PB-02 provides maximum resistance to intermittent water exposure.

Features: 

1, Particularly strong bonding power, applied to indoor and outdoor wall paste of large-sized ceramic tile, grassing stone and natural stone material.

2, Light steel frame system board, like indoor paste ceramic tile gypsum board and Eterpan.

3, Can be used on the low water-absorption surface, like pasting new ceramic tile above the old ones, and can be used on the firm painting surface.

4, Excellent flexibility, can bear the stretch of the bonding layer that caused by temperature difference.

5, Good anti-infiltration function.

6, No need to wet the brick wall, effectively improve the efficiency.

Surface Treatment:

1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

2, For the new wall, when leveling the cement mortar, should improve the mortar mark to strengthen the bonding power between the leveling layer and the wall, or mix PB-03 cement mortar additive. Specific information please refer to the PB-03 introduction.

Operation Process:

1, Using tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly, control within 1㎡.

2, Push the ceramic tile or heavy type ceramic tile above it directly.

3, For the tile or stone material with deep ditch, not only scrape the surface, but also the backside of the tile or stone.  

4,Can be used for the old ceramic tile retreading.

Cautions:

1, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.

2, For the light wall pasting large-sized decorative boards, like gypsum board and Eterpan, confirming the wall firmness before operation.

3, For the painting surface, make sure the initial bond strength and have no cavitation.

4, Operating in the situation under 5℃~40℃.

5, Clean the surface by slightly wet sponge or cloth before it dried.

6, Leave 1.5mm joint space between two tiles, suggesting MB-MC color anti-moldy gap filler.

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
