Exterior Ceramic Floor Sandstone Tile Adhesive , Eco Friendly

The product is a new type strong adhesive, applied to indoor and outdoor wall paste of large-scale ceramic tile, grassing stone, natural stone material, modifies epoxy glue with features of strong adhesive strength, low stress, low dilatability, no bubble, quick set, proper viscosity and easy operate, resistant of grind, aging, cold-hot exchange.

Feature:

The product is modified epoxy glue with features of strong adhesive strength, low stress, low dilatability, no bubble, quick set, proper viscosity and easy operate, resistant of grind, aging, cold-hot exchange.
 

Scope of Application:

Widely used to combine, bond and repair of all kinds of stones, ceramic tile, concrete, metal, etc, like plate combining, craftworks processing, stone surface cracks repairing.

Using Method:

1. Remove the oil, dirty from the surface and keep clear, dry.
2. Mix the glue by rate of A: B as 1: 1 thoroughly. Apply the glue by scraper into the position to be connected, use fixing tool and press together. After leaving 24 hours at normal temperature, go on next processing. Heat the stone and spread glue to 50℃~6℃ if in winter, then go on next step after 2~3 hours cooling.
3. Add color paste, paint to adjust the glue color per the stone. The qty of color paste is 1~2% of total glue; Paint is 10~20%.
4. Wipe off the additional glue by cloth dipped with alcohol or acet before solidified.
 

Warning:

1. Operating temperature should be over 5℃. In winter, heat the plate to speed solidify and improve adhesive.
2. Do not spread glue over quantity. Make the operating temperature become higher, shorter the usable time and solidifying time.
3. Do not mix using of the tools for part A and B; Do not return remained glue into the bottle.

4. Do not move the plate before completely solidify.
5. Add 3% no water ether or acetone to dilute the glue if the viscosity is too large. Also could heat the glue in the hot water of 40℃~60℃ to lower the viscosity.
6. Do not mix cap of the part A and B. Tighten the caps after usage. Do not swallow.
7. Make a trial usage in advance to avoid mistake according to the different physical and chemical property of the stone.
 

Storage and Packing:

1. With one year life time in cool, ventilated and dry condition. Can go on use if test valid after the validity period.
2. Noninflammable, non-poisonous after solidify and can transport by mailing, express.
3. Packing size: 20kg/bag.
