Decorative Sandstone Ceramic Wall Tile Adhesive Cement Based

Cement-based polymer adhesive specially for bonding sandstone on interior and exterior wall and floor. Sandstone is low strength, not so heavy, low water-absorption and becomes black and mildewed when meets alkali. PB-04 is high bonding strength, low alkali and avoids the sandstone becoming black and mildewed. Suitable for bonding sandstone on cement mortar, concrete, Eterpan etc such strong substrates.

Features:     

1, A new type strong stone adhesive, applied to all kinds of low water-absorption stone materials like large-sized artificial stones, culture stones, and natural stones.

2, No need to wet the brick wall, effectively improve the efficiency.

3, Strong bond ability, material-saving, much safer and firmer than the traditional cement adhesive, also can reduce the construct trash and the weight of the wall.

4, Good anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-infiltration and anti-aging function.

5, Small shrinking rate, no cracking, can be used in cold and humid environment.

Application:

1, The adhesive for the cement plaster, brick and smooth cement surface.

2, The adhesive for low water-absorption surface and light weight board, like Eterpan, Pine Board and gypsum board.  

Surface Treatment:

The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

Operation Process:

1, The ratio: PB-04: water=3.3: 1 (20kg powder, about 6kg water). Mixing and stirring them into paste, using an electric mixer to make uniform paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect.

2, Using tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive onto the surface evenly, control within 1㎡, then push the stone above it.

3, For the tile or stone material with deep ditch, not only scrape the surface, but also the backside of  the tile or stone.  

Normal Amount:

Tips:

Bricks for wall using 3×3mm tooth scraper or 6×6mm tooth scraper.

Bricks for floor using 6×6mm tooth scraper or 10×10mm tooth scraper.

Cautions:

1, Make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation.

2, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.

3, Check the mortar layer of the back side, make sure that have no cavitation.

4, Can not be walked on or filled crack unless finished after 24h.

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
