Description:

WEEM 3128 Zirconia Aluminum belts are design for sectional belt, or segmented belt. YY weight polyester backing is use; it provided both stiffness strength and tensile strength, idea for sectional belt. Anti-static treatment made on backing to delay or prevent loading problem.

Zirconia Alumina, ZA, is recognized by its blue color. A rugged synthetic abrasive that is best suited to stock removal applications. The heavy duty structure requires heavier pressure to break down the self-sharpening grains. It is ideal for heavy grinding on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and planning hard woods. This abrasive can last up to 5 times longer than aluminum oxide on tough applications. This gives the grain a longer cutting life and is especially suited to coarser stock removal applications typically grit 40 to grit 80. For panel industrial, the customized belt size can be 1950mm x 2800mm or 2650mm x 3200mm etc.

A strong bi-direction tape splice is used. Joint of WEEM 3128 segmented belt offer 2 types of joints
