Pipe Supports&Hangers

Pipe supports of AEROSUN-TOLA, based on GB/T17116-1997 “Pipe Supports and Hangers” and MSS SP-58-2002 “Materials, Design and Manufacture of Pipe Supports and Hangers”, absorb advanced design manufacture idea of domestic and foreign, accumulate rich experience in engineering practice, the formation of a series of products to meet load, temperature and installation of electric power, petrochemical, iron & steel and metallurgies, heat supply and cement.

The products mainly include constant spring hanger, variable spring hanger, sliding support, ultra-low-motorized sliding pipe supports, cold support, heat insulated supports and hydraulic damper etc.

According to different selection requirements, we developed the design selection, strength calculation and performance testing software.

AEROSUN-TOLA has a spring constant hanger test bench for test range of 0-10000mm and 0-400KN, a variable spring hanger test bench for test range of 0-800mm and 0-600KN, a spring test bench for range of 0-800mm and 0-1000KN. To spring box assembly for large pipelines, testing capabilities up to 3150KN.
