Description:Corrugated sandwich panels are directly produced using this line, without the shortcoming of having to be manually laminated after forming. Both the roll forming machine and the laminating system can work independently, with the roll forming machine consisting of feeding system, roll forming system and cutting system. Meanwhile, the laminating system is made up of such equipment as decoiler, feeder, squeezer, heater, and laminating, edge rolling, edge turn-over, groove-making, edge pruning, automatic cutting and PLC devices. This machine merges mechanical and electrical equipment into an organic whole, with annual production volume standing at about 500,000 square meters (used 8hrs/day). Features: 1) Beautiful appearance, low noise, high efficiency 2) Multiple functions: besides corrugated sandwich panels, this line can be used to produce simple corrugated sheets, and model XBJ-I and XBJ-II sandwich panels 3) The transmission of the laminating system is achieved by a worm and worm gear, which makes the laminating speed smooth and steady 4) The line employs advanced PLC, and automatically sets the panel length and cuts the panel 5) The main body is welded with type "H" section steel, and the surface is rotoblasted 6) The rollers in the laminating system are covered with rubber, which is advantageous to the protection of the surface color of galvanized sheets and makes the equipment laminate steadily Specifications: 1) Machine dimensions: 49,760 x 2,350 x 2,800mm 2) Control system: PLC 3) Total power (including heating): approx. 35kW 4) Suitable working temperature: 25°C 5) Density of EPS:>18kg/m
