Currently desulfurization tube most widely used in pipeline system in China is rubber lined pipe. Desulfurization rubber lined tube is used steel pipes as reinforcing materials and rubber as lining layers. Rubber possesses many special performances such as long-range elasticity, high air impermeability, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, radiation resistance, chemical resistance and vibration absorption and other unique properties. With the high-performance adhesive, rubber lined pipe is vulcanized into molding by special process. Rubber lined pipe is resistant to abrasion, water hammer, acid, alkali, salt and high temperature. It can slow down scaling. With advantages such as high bonding strength, small running resistance, good medium adaptability, long service life and energy saving, rubber lined pipe is widely used in pipelines of metallurgy, power, chemical, petroleum, coal, cement and other industries, which transfer abrasive and corrosive medium of temperature between -40 ℃ ~ +140 ℃.
