Description:
Low temperature intelligent spray dryer is designed by our company through bringing in and absorbing foreign advanced technologies.
It is especially used for these difficulty drying materials such as various viscous liquid extracts, flavors and condiments,etc. with heat sensitive, high viscosity and high sugar content,etc.
According to customers' different requirements, we separately design economical model spray dryer (ZPG-A) and advanced low temperature intelligent model spray dryer which meets GMP standard.
The electric control parts is equipped with:
1. Touch screen display and human-machine interface control system;
2. Full-automatic intelligent computer programming control (with PLC programming);
3. Ordinary semi-automatic control (ordinary instruments).
Features:
1. The machine adapts totally-enclosed form. All parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with three grades of purifying apparatus. The filtered air reaches the requirement of three hundred thousand grades. The cooling wall device is installed at the barrel and top. It makes the wall temperature less than 80 degrees centigrade.Air sweeping device is installed inside the drying tower. The dried immersed-ointment powder of traditional Chinese medicine will not appear the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration. The ratio of powder recovery is raised greatly (reach higher than 95%).Moreover, it will not produce the phenomenon of medicine mixing and wall sticking.
2. This equipment is especially used to process the immersed-ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and so on raw materials. It solves the following situations that LPG high-speed centrifugal spray dryer meets when process the immersed-ointment of traditional Chinese medicine:
1). Raw material is attached to wall and the ratio of powder recovery is low.
2). Because the staying time of raw material at wall is long, the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration will be produced.
3). It is difficult to clean and can not meet the requirement of GMP.
4). Low in output: Model LPG-150 atomizing centrifugal dryer can only process 50-60kg/h of feed liquid.

In view of this, according to the properties and process requirements of immersed-ointment of traditional Chinese medicine, our factory researched and designed the special dryer for it and won two items of China patent. It solves the historical difficult problems in drying immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine.The color of dried raw material is good. The dried raw material does not degenerate. It raises the economic benefit greatly. Compared with original LPG high-speed atomizing dryer, it has the following features:
1). Its whole volume is 3.5 times of standard LPG high-speed atomizing dryer;
2). Being adopted quick washing device, it can meet the requirements of production for varieties products;
3). Being adopted quick washing device, there is no powder dust out. It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP;
and so on features.
