Description:
Air stream drying is also called insyantaneous drying. It is used in pharmaceutical, chemical industry from 1960 in our country. Our factory follows up the advanced technology at abroad, produce series air stream dryer for domestic customers. The main products are divided into three series: QG, FG and GFF.
Features:
1. Powerful drying, little investment and the amount of evaporated moisture is high (from 50kg H2O/h to 2000kg H2O/h).
2. The drying time is short. The series is suitable in drying heat sensitive materials. The finished product is separated from outside, and no pollution with high quality.
3. The equipment is a total set. The heat source can be chosen from steam, coal, oil and gas combustion hot air furnace.
QG Series:
It is a kind of base type, suitable for drying loose, granular and adhesive property powder. The sketch is negative stream drying and you can choose positive air stream drying.
GFF Series:
The series include force grinding equipment, and the materials have less moisture. The installation area and the height is small. It is suitable for filter cake, pasty mixture or adhesive property powder materials.
FG Series :
The out air is circulated and save 30% power. It is suitable for no adhesive property, disorder material and finished product is granular and powder.
