ZlG Series Vibrating Fluid-Bed Dryer

Description: 
This equipment is widely used in drying and cooling of powder or granular materials such as citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulphur, compound fertilizer and sugar in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, grain, mining industry and so on. 

Features: 
1. The vibration is created by motor. It is stable in operation, convenient in maintenance, low noise and durable in use. 
2. High heat efficiency. Raw material is heated evenly and heat exchange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary dryer, the energy can be saved about 30%. The state of fluidization is uniform and has no dead corner or broken phenomenon. 
3. It is good in regualtion and wide in application. The thickness of raw material layer and movable speed inside the machine and the amplitude can be adjusted. 
4. It almost won't damage the surface of raw material. The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easily broken. The drying effect will not be affected even if raw materials have irregular shape. 
5. You can string multi-set to raise capacity of raw materials such as polyacrylamide. 

Principle: 
Raw materials are fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluid-bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fluid-bed and carries out heat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through cyclone separator and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.
