Principle:
The machine has several types such as single or double roller and so on. The working principles are not all same. Its basic principle: pour saturated steam (or heat conduction oil) into main rollers. Materials spread on the surface of roller in different ways and then are heated, cooked, made flakes. Tailor-made scraping blade scrapes it off then convey it to the rear working procedure to make finished product handled.
Applications:
Instant nutritious rice flour, instant oatmeal, instant corn for breakfast, potato snowflake, all kinds of pre-gelatinized (a)starch (wheat, potato, cassava, maize, sweet potato, canna edulis ker, rice, lily, lotus root, etc.), yeast, fish and shrimp feed, all kinds of milk powder and whey powder, glue, pigment, adhesive, juice of fruit and vegetable, egg, chemical industrial paste, environmental protection polluted water and sludge,etc.
Types:
1. Single roller dryer with several little rollers
The machine is used to dry the paste of medium-high viscosity and high consistency. It can form equal film under the function of little roller grinding. That availably prevents the sticky paste from the mass. The amount of the little rollers is between 2 and 7. It can fit the wide applications of different materials and finished products.
2. Single roller dryer of immersion style starching:
It is used to dry heat sensitive materials of low viscosity and consistency. It is mainly used to dry yeast juice, feed, pigment, all kinds of chemical industrial material, environmental protection products, etc.
3. Single roller dryer with nozzle starching:
It is used to dry heat sensitive materials of medium consistency and low viscosity. It is mainly used to dry concentrated juice of fruit and vegetable, eggs and China herbal medicine.
4. Double roller dryer of meshing style:
The machine is used to dry the materials of medium viscosity such as (a)starch,glue, whey,milk powder, dehydrated yeast mud,fish and shrimp feed,high consistency pigment and environmental protection product. It has high efficiency, good physical quality and low shearing force.
5. Double roller dryer with several little rollers:
The machine is used to dry several kinds of materials. It is an organic combination of single and double roller. The finished products are good in quality, new in color. Its thickness can be adjusted easily.
6. Double roller dryer of non-meshing style:
The machine is used to dry the liquid of low viscosity and high humidity. It is mainly used in chemical and environmental protection industry.
