XMY008-C BOPP Adhesive Tape Production Line (BOPP Scotch Tape Making Machine)
This slitting machine is also suitable for BOPP, stationary tape, glass paper tape. Cellophone tape etc.
Features:
1, The machine ministries control, centralizd panel operation, easy control.
2, 2-phase length setting: The advanced 2-phase length technology, to ensure accurate length of coiling.
3, 1-phase length setting: 1.5M, the length labeling after the of tapes through.
4, Automatic shaft change: Once the rewinding operation is accomplished. The machine will automatically perfrom shaft changes for convenient and efficient operations.
5, Crowned stretch roll: The stretch roll is specially designed to eliminates tape wrinkling during extension and feed.
6, Materials use double pinch roller design which can reduce unwinding noise to improue the working environment.
7, Automatic labeling: Employ Germany PESTO rodless cylinder, labeling standard, high efficiency.
8, Pneumatic beake: Brings the machine to an immediate halt for accurate positioning and labeling.
