Application:
This slitting machine is also suitable for BOPP, stationary tape, glass paper tape. Cellophone tape, OPP tape, masking tape etc
Feature:
1, Centralized control panel: All operation controls. For this machine are centralized in a control panel.
2, Threestep length setting: This length setting provides extremely smooth rewinding operations to gives accurate rewinding length.
3, Automatic shaft change: Once the rewinding operation is accomplished. The machine will automatically perform shaft changes for convenient and efficient operations.
4, Crowned stretch roll: The stretch roll is specially designed to eliminates tape wrinkling during extension and feed.
5, Pneumatic brake: Brings the machine to an immediate halt for accurate positioning and labelling.

1. Interchangeable shafts with twin turret system
2. Individual plastic core holder for slip are equipped on the rewind shaft
3. Three stage length counter for length pre-set
4. Labeling indication attached with a reference line for labeling instruction

1. Unwind lift for jumbo roll pick up automatically
2. Sound proof for reel jumbo
3. Auto. Tabbing device for lead tape
4. Air score knife with hardened roller for easy tear tape
5. PLC control with LCD touch panal for controlling by computer
