II. Characteristics
1. Adopt translation ellipse motion trace to make screening and desanding better and a longer service life of screen with no sand accumulating in any case.
2. Process load 100m3/h, viscosity 54, 180 single flat screens.
3. Adopt electrohydraulic mode to perform stepless dynamic positioning of screen box dip angle.
4. Big screening surface and screen box for three liquid bath, sieving area is increased 33%.
5. Adopt Frequency-Conversion technique to improve G force of shaker to make it reach 8.13.
6. Allocate quick holdback gear and mud splash preventer to screen.
