Used in the Colour zero twist Towel
The colour zero twist Towel ，That means dying the cotton yarn first and then blended with water soluble PVA yarn to make the zero twist yarn before producing towel.
Products Advantage:
1) The colour zero twist which made by 40 centigrade PVA yarn can be dissolved totally around 60 centigrade, so in the process of PVA dissolving, the water heated to around 60 centigrade is enough. This will save much time and cost.
2) Now, in the market, most of towel factory use the Shilin colour or Active colour in the towel. But Shilin colour have many disadvantage, such as higher price, dyed nonuniform, less and dim colour. Then the towel with such colour yarn is low quality. The Active colour is various and bright. And the cost is also lower than Shilin colour. But Active colour is easy to fade. If we used active colour on the high temperature zero twist yarn, the towel will be fade or the water soluble yarn can’t be dissove totally becuase of the low temperature. For this questions, the 40 centigrade yarn can solve. Since the dissolve temperature of 40 centigrade PVA yarn is low, it will have no effect to the Active colour. The towel with such kind yarn, can get the soft effect and also keep the bright colour. Hence, the towel factory will have more choice about the color to produce more style, more color and high quality towel. This will increase the additional value of towel
