1) Used in the new style fabric
Now, there is many kinds of fabric in the market, but not too many new style ones. The factory can blend the PVA yarn with other kind of yarn to produce the fabric, or during the fabric production, put a certain percentage of PVA yarn ,in the post-processing, the PVA yarn dissolve, then the fabric can get special effects. The 40 centigrade PVA yarn will dissolve in low temperature, this is better to keep the original properties of the fabric and reduce the damage of high temperature.
2) Used in the temporary fixed on cloth
During the production of cloth, the knitted fabric and wool fabric will huddle up in the procedure of rinsing or dyeing, so it needs to be temporary fixed on cloth to prevent this things. The traditional fixed method is to use the normal yarn sewing, and then break up by the worker. This will waste more labor, money and time. Now, you can use the 40 centigrade PVA yarn to instead. In the post-processing, the PVA yarn will dissolve in the water. This will save the cost, the time and the labor, at the same time; it can also maintain the flatness of fabric. Otherwise, the 40 centigrade PVA yarn can also be used in temporary fixed on other area, such as the label of cloth.
