Description:Cast iron porcelain enamel freestanding stove boxes, all manufactured by ourselves, from mold making, cast iron smelting, to porcelain enameling. We all have mastered mature technology and skill to assure the product reliability. In the making of mold, we use computer as additional designing tool (CAD). We apply different technologies to process different products. For some products in high-definition, the mold will be produced by computerized additional manufacturer (CAM), so as to ensure the definition of mold. Our factory also makes use of epoxide resin as mold to improve the producing efficiency, while reducing cost, and putting an end to the possibility of transfiguration of mold. In cast iron smelting, by introducing advanced techniques to cast iron smelt using cupola furnace and intermediate frequency furnace in order to assure the capability of products. Meanwhile, it can also promote the producing efficiency. Our production capacity has exceeded 2,000 metric tons annually. In enameled producing, we own advanced enameled equipment which ensures over 18,000 sets of products every year. With many years' study of enameling, we have accumulated much experience. Now, we have become one of the biggest companies in enameled industry in terms of enameled producing and manufacture scale. We also have won a good reputation from customers.
