Forui complete sets of placer gold equipments have been sent to Sichuan, China, including 3 jigging machine-LTA1515/2, 3 shakers, 3 hoppers and 3 feeders.
Placer gold washing is not complicated. Most of the processing adopts gravity separation, but the gravity separation can choose different gravity beneficiation equipments. Actually, every gold separation equipment has its own advantages, and commonly used placer gravity equipment are chute, jigger, shaker, centrifugal concentrator, etc.
Users should choose different gold separation equipments according to the different characteristics of gold placer. Forui designed the gold beneficiation process and gold concentration equipments for Sichuan customers with gold drum sieve, jig coarse election and shaking fine selection. Customers require a higher recovery and processing capacity, so Forui made this processing line with high gold recovery. The daily capacity is 1,500t of the three production lines with the recovery rate higher than 90%. After a small beneficiation test, they decided place an order with the satisfying test result.
Soil content of the gold placer ore is low, neither the water content and the gold content is around 1g. The large waste rock is removed by trommel screening, fine sand enter the hopper, uder the hopper, there is a electromagnetic vibration feeder, feeding the fine sand evenly into the jig for gravity separation, ultimately, the rougher concentrate enter the shaker to obtain the gold.
Some customers use chute for placer gold beneficiation, and found that the recovery rate is very low. Then they chose the jigger equipment. Although jigging beneficiation needs large investment, the recovery rate is relatively high. jigging beneficiation has become the mainstream of placer gold beneficiation.
