Product Description:
ALEX-1500 Automatic Leather Nesting Machine is a supporting device for the use of leather cutting machine and with the digital nesting system, which is a professional leather cutting solution. It is specially designed for footwear industry oriented to sample cutting and small bulk production. With an affordable investment, you are supposed to increase your productivity dramatically. In case of order saturation and high pressure of machine production, nesting of leather, labeling and recording typeset information can be done in advance. All data can be shared with the cutting machine to achieve seamless joint, which ensures continuous operation of machines and provides guarantee to the enterprise to achieve an orderly digital production management.
Functions:
1. Share the electronic documents with cutting machine, After nesting, it will confirm two points and generate electronic documents for preservation;
2. A complete system of Yili, from 2D software of CAD, leather nesting machine and leather cutting machine;
3. Making the flaws of leather by software, can avoid flaws when nesting automatically; we can select according to customers` practical situation.

Software Features of This CNC Nesting Machine:
A. Each operational module has its own operational column, we can choose tools according to icons, Intuitive, easy-to-learn;
B. Create a standard size pattern and grading, modify the standard size pattern with the other patterns at the save time. Saving pattern`s modification time.
C. By conversion processing in DXF, our 2D grading software is compatible with the current famous software in the same field.
