ALEX-100 Fully Footwear Automatic Production Line is the leader of footwear industry in Asia. All working stations are finished by ABB robots to process and controlled system by computer or PLC touching screen, all details of each robot as followed:
1. Automatic sole roughing working station: Adopting RFID chips distinguishing technology, can implement roughing path of different models and sizes quickly; with accurate roughing position. Improved more than 300% production efficiency than traditional manual roughing time and reach the environment protection, do no harm to workers` health.
Automatic spraying primer working station: Through RFID chips to identify, implement spraying process path quickly, implementing standard actions, saving materials cost. Automatic gluing working station: Spraying uniformly, high quality, saving glue cost more than the traditional cementing by manual, also improving more than 250% production efficiency than traditional manual brushing adhesive. Automatic carrying working station: Human labor-saving and strict production control, high safety performance.Specifications:

The true field result of testing this automatic production line on one full day, it works very smoothly and normally, which is one flexible conveyor with a total length of less than 60 meters, we use four ABB robots to take place of 25 workers on the line to save space, time and labor costs, That creates the amazing record, only needs six workers on the full line.
