Description:
YL-827B Auto-cement Heel Seat Lasting Machine is improved from the model YL-827A with auto-cement function, It is suitable for lasting the shoes with general and soft mid-soles, produce a good forming effect. while the upper is slightly unsuitableness with last, the wrapped function of wipers will make shape of lasting perfect which is a unique design. Unique design of oil duct enables easier operation with a joint last; it avoids the problem that the two sections of the joint last separate. The forming bands are wrapped by chain and can accordingly produce a good forming effect. This machine adopts gears, gear racks and ratchets to quickly and precisely adjust the auxiliary supporter. The second time with pressing of the last supporter works with the wiper heating device to increase the lasting effect. It makes the lasting areas and upgrades the quality of the shoes smoothly.
Technical Features:
1. This machine is suitable for lasting the shoes with normal and soft insoles which heel height is less than 180mm;
2. Equipped with the device of lasting height micro switch which makes the machine easily adjusted and positioned accurately;
3. We have full sizes of wipers and forming bands to fit any shape of shoes, the forming bands are wrapped by chain and can accordingly produce a good forming effect;
4. It adopts gears, gear racks and ratchets to quickly and precisely adjust the auxiliary supporter;
5. The second time pressing of the last supporter works with the wiper heating device to improve lasting effect to be smooth and improve shoes quality;
6. Special design of rising oil-way of shoe tree holder controls completely the shoes tree in the set position course of upper-binding.
