Description:

YL-847MA Computerized Auto-cementing Toe Lasting Machine with hot melt is of advanced Italian technology and equipped with an automatic cementing system. When lasting, the insole and upper do not need to cement manually in advance, which save much labor. Moreover, the shoe will never lose cement after lasting, and make sure perfect shoes shape. With the design of special tracked toe bands, the all –around multi-point pressing ensure the upper to be evenly attached to last. Without wrinkle and get good quality. On this Auto-cement Toe Lasting Machine with computer, It has the toe pad pressing, which is adjusted by a 2-step cylinder pressure system to create a perfect effect both during lasting process and final pressing.

Technical Features:

1.     Each set of pincers can be individually adjusted to their corresponding positions and be functioned with automatic balancing. Besides, an automatic down pulling stroke can be selected and controlled according to the tension of uppers.

2.     If it is necessary, after the upper being firmly clamped, the operator can manually let any set of pincers down pull or re-clamp the upper to have the best tension and attachment to last.

3.     The mid-pincers can be adjusted with different angles, which is more feasible for lasting special shape and can be applied to a wider range of application.

4.     The wiper is functioned with an inching adjustment system. By means of computer input of necessary lasting points, the setting of wipers routes becomes easier and faster, and the digital display is legible, which save much time.

5.     The last support plate is with an optional 2-step uprising system, which makes the short upper clamping easier. Moreover, with the function of clamping pressure decrease of pincers, the incident of over pulling and breaking uppers can be avoided, save the loss caused by manual operation, material and labor cost.

6.     This lasting machine is equipped with cross projector, which is good for correcting toe lasting and helps new comers to easily operate;

7.     With one-touch screen is protected by password to prevent from any unauthorized change.

8.     The hydraulic system is a design of high and low pressure cycle loop, which ensures a steady oil temperature and makes every part a longer life and better steadiness. All pressure adjustment and timers are set on the outside of the machine to have it operated and adjusted more conveniently.
