Description:
YL-837B Auto-cement Toe Lasting Machine is improved from the model YL-837A with auto-cement function, which is equipped with the automatic toe lasting. The plastic plate can choose the 2-step adjusted to match the shape of shoes and also can be quickly changed for different sizes of shoes and also can change automatically between left and right shoe. The vamp highly attached after lasting. With the design of specially tracked wipers the all-around multipoint TEFLON toe band ensures the upper to be evenly attached to the last after lasting, no protrusion will occur. The design of free calibrating of toe head pressing stroke supplies the most stable pressing force. Each set of pincers can be individually adjusted to their corresponding positions and function with automatic balancing. The operator can manually pull down or re-clamp any set of pincers. It has the pincers rapid installing and relaxing structure. The fifth pincer, which adopts the latest rotating technology structure, makes the upper more attached to the last. The support plate has the two-step up-rising selection. It can avoid the incident of over pulling and breaking the uppers. Pincer-plate\'s shoe size adjusting uses synchronous moving horizontal and independently with 2-steps at one side.

2. The newly designed forward and backward adjusting mechanism for last support plates can quickly adjust the corresponding position of last support plates and mid pincers according to different shoes sizes;
3. The pincers fixed plate adopts the double – tracking structure. It is independently adjusted on the right and left. The rotary point of pincers fixed plate is located at the joint between the first and second pincers. The curve in between will not be changed when the groups of right and left pincers are adjusted, which will make the uppers more attached the shoes lasts;
4. With auto-cement function to save labor.
