Description:
YL-75 2HC Two Hot & Two Cold Computer Back-part Moulding Machine with air bags is designed for attaching, forming for back part of shoes upper, to make them forming in the right way; from the front side, we can see a center station with one cold mould and two rubber mould pads, at the both sides of center station, there is a cold mould and a rubber mould pad. The mold is heated by temperature controlling system. It makes better adhesive for hot-melt and upper heel part. In the center of machine, there is a control panel with some switches, they are black buttons for start working; red buttons for rapidly stop. The main switch ON/OFF, shows lights and switches of chilling system;
On the top of machine, there is a program keyboard with display, we can see the working status of machine and every temperature station; The machine also has equipped with four cylinders and different adjusting hand wheel for setting the position of mould pad; All electric parts include, fuse, electronic block, transformer etc. They are in the control panel box which is in front of the machine.

6. Special design ensures easy maintenance and low breakdown rate;
7. Hot up mould is made of silicon rubber, independent temperature control accelerate the activation of counter, the aluminum mold can adjust temperature by itself, it is suitable for all kinds of materials. If the most perfect moulding performance is required, the moulds can be produced according to customer\'s last.
