Description:
YL-91/4 Hot & Cold Welt Shaping Machine and YL-91/2 One Hot/Cold Welt Shaping Machine are of the some functions to reform the top line after shoes lasts slipped, it makes the top-line part with V appearance before packing. The operation is first reactivating the quarter by aluminum hot mould, then stabilizing it by a special aluminum cold mould; the special silicon cribber cushion press, by means of a pneumatic cylinder, the edge of the quarter taking off some imperfections. The particular vertical position of aluminum moulds makes the shoe insertion easier. You can choose two hot/cold of the model YL-91/4 or one hot/cold of the model YL-91/2 according to your need.
Technical Features:
1. Available models and optional: Two stations with one hot mold and one cold mold, Four stations with two hot molds and two cold molds;
2. Special for the welt\'s final shaping of the finished shoes;
3. Firstly, put shoes on the hot mold to process soften shaping. Then on the frozen mold to finish the frozen shaping which make the welt curve straight and beautiful.
