90° Wire Fabric Cutter 

This machine is mainly used to cross-cut steel-cord ply found in all-steel radial tire at 90°, and then, splice cut fabric by automatic splicer, overlap rubber strips and wind up to rolls at last which will be supplied to building machine. The cutter is a crank driven straight knife while the fabric advancing device is controlled by servomotor to ensure length cutting. The automatic splicer is driven by servomotor. This machine is reasonable structured and highly automatized equipment that can run continuously and stably.
