After several process improvements, the QL series Omni Wheel has achieved zero clearance in axial direction of driven wheel, adapting to kinds of high-precision positioning occasions.
2. Double multi-subdivision design
28 subdivision of the circumference provides exceptional stable operation, avoiding the drawback of up and down vibration from usual Omni Wheel.
3.Bearing design in driven wheel
A total 56 miniature bearings are embedded in all 28 rubber driven wheels, changing the sliding friction on driven wheel into rolling friction, smoothing the lateral movement, and truly realizing micro-resistance in lateral movement of Omni Wheel.
4. High-quality rubber
