Warranty

All products made in our factory are supplied with 12 months free serving.

1. Payment:

T /T (USD or RMB) and Western union . 100% pay in advance before shipping.

Shipping:

For samples, we ship by DHL (2--5 days according to different countries)

For more than 50kgs, we recommend Air freight or DHL. 3 — 8 days on the way.

For more than 300Kgs, sea shipping is recommended.

NOTE: Buyers pay all expense of shipping and insurance. When buyer receives the goods, he

must check the packing list and take pictures to get proof from the express-man if any part

is missing. As a seller, we are only responsible to the delivery to the board of China. But we

will help buyer get compensation from shipping company for missing goods if buyer has valid proof.

Warranty Details:

1. Warranty period: 12 months, free repair.

2. Return policy (during warranty period):

The 1ft--2nd month: Buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return (from China to buyer\'s address). When we return the repaired products, we usually use China Post Airmail. If buyers want faster, we can ship by DHL but buyers pay extra cost.

The 3rd--12th month: Buyers pay both shipping cost.

Note:  No refund unless we send a wrong product.

We do not charge repair cost during 12month warranty. After warranty, we just charge a little labor cost.
