1. Introduction
Explosion proof electric wirerope hoists BCD (single speed) / BMD (double speed). This kind hoist isdesigned, fabricated and inspected according to GB 3836-2000 specifications withexplosion proof signal of d II BT4 and d II CT 4, used in IIA IIB IIC class,temperature class TI-T4 flammable gas, steam and air formed explosive gasmixture zone 1, 2 situations.
BCD / BMD wire ropeelectric hoist can be suspended on I-beam track for straight or curvetraversing, or mounted on fixed frame to lift heavy material. BCD model wirerope explosion proof hoist could be fitted with any explosion proof singlegirder overhead craneaccording to different requirements.
Load capacity: 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 16t.
Liftingheight: 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 36m, 100m.
