AODE Mold Temperature Control Units(MTC) are used to preheat a process to the desired operating temperature by engaging the unit\'s electric immersion heater and recirculating the oil in the system. Oil type TCU circulate high temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control. AEOT series TCU offer the range of temperature control from 25°C to 180 °C

SAFETY PROTECTIONS:

Pressure Detection: pressure gauge with electric contact which show real pressure of entire system was equipped on the piping. Control system will alarm immediately when pressure fall into a certain value, andthe Heater will stop at the same time. Oil Low Level Detection: Expansion tank is equipment with a ball float level controller, Control system willalarm immediately when level fall into a certain value, and the Heater will stop at the same time. Other Protection: Over Temperature Alarm, Automatic Interlock Protection, Power Reverse Alarm, Pump Overload Alarm, Heating Anomaly Alarm, Short Circuit Alarm, etc.
