Multi-purpose integrated production line for 3-layer PE anti-corrosion & one-step foaming jacket heat insulation
Three-layer PE extruder can also be used in PU-PE insulation and anticorrosion production line, that is, change the T-type die to O-type die to produce tubular PE pipe. Some special equipment can be interchanged between three-layer PE anticorrosion line and PU-PE insulation and anticorrosion production line such as the die and the deviation correction machine.
Pry loading structure is available for easy transportation.
This line is equipped with tape winding machine, powder coating machine and primer coating machine. The existing production line can be reformed to conduct multi-purpose operation.
This line is suitable for manufacturers who do various anticorrosion and insulation project for steel pipes.
