SS100/100 Material Hoist is a vertical handling machine dedicated for materials widely applied in building construction, industrial and mining, multi-storey workshop, warehouse, station, wharf, etc. It is convenient, efficient, and secure.
SS100/100 is set up with safety multiple protection measures like Floor-selecting and Leveling Device, Elevating Limiter, Rope Protection Device, Parking Safety Device, Bumper, Upper and Lower Height Restrictor, Anti Rope-breaking Equipment, among which, the brake performance and brake slide distance of the Rope Protector are above national standards. It is safe, reliable, and harmless to rail-track.
There are two accesses for Floor Selecting and Leveling:
1. Manual Control, which is direct control by the operator.
2. Computer Automatic Positioning System (Optional for order), which can easily realize floor-selecting and leveling without manual stop or point car leveling, reducing the difficulty of manipulation, convenient and precise.
SS100/100 adopts Wall-attaching Device instead of Wind Rope, along with self-erection and dismantling unit (Derrick), easy for handling and transportation.
SS100/100 has 2 types: Single-caged and Double-caged, optional for users. The standard sections of Double-caged are 4 pieces of ø76 * 4 seamless steel pipes, which can also be taken as guide rail, while those the Single-caged are 2 ø51 * 4 pipes.
