All floating pop display have an electrical cord that comes out of the base and must be plugged into an electrical outlet for the levitation feature to work.
Blue led lights around the fame will shinning when power line connect.
Position the mobile phone 1/4 (quarter)inch below the frame to find the proper position to let it float.
