Specially designed for slab casting, table form is widely used in high-rise buildings. During construction, after one slab was cast and the concrete reached certain intensity, the Table form can be moved up to next floor without disassembly. Simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly and repeated use are the main advantages of Table form, which can speed up your construction and save cost.
Horizontal transport of the table formwork can be easily achieved by using the trolley. The trolley is made up of two main parts: lifting device and drive device. For lifting and moving purpose, the trolley has to be place in the central position under the table formwork. By operating the hydraulic device, the structure is lifted until it rests under the table. Then the steel props have to be released and the inner tubes inserted as far as necessary. The table is now supported by the trolley and can be lowered and moved into the next position. Then lift the structure to a right height, fully release the inner tubes of the steel props and lock it with the handle. A precise height of the table formwork can be achieved by turning the adjusting nuts on the steel props.
