1.Introduction of rotary kiln:
The rotary kiln designed and produced by us is used to produce the high quality activity lime and light roasting dolomite, having the morden lime kiln’s high productivity at present, the heat rate is only 3500kj/kg lime. Since no long time that we have designed the first gas buring lime kiln with 80t/day, we have developed the 150t/day rotary kiln. At present, we can design and produce the rotary kiln with the capacity ranging from 90t/day to 800t/day.
2.The application of the rotary kiln:
Rotary kiln is mainly used in the heating and calcining of metallurgy, building, mineral materials,etc. Like argil, bauxite, lime stone, cement, magnesiummetal, aluminum oxide, aluminium hydroxide, flyash, high alumina products, refractory materials, gypsum and so on.
