1. General
The THT-APS arc light integrated protection system (time of removing failure is 60~70ms) realizes 60ms actuation time compared with that of traditional protection actuation, which effectively restricts the arc light failure in the initial stage.
2. This product is mainly applied to:
2.1 Bus protection in the medium and low voltage switchgear of various power stations, transformer substations, distribution substations and box-type substations systems.
2.2 Connector in the cable chamber of the feeder cabinet, and breaker cabinet protection;
2.3 Rectification cabinet protection;
2.4 Other equipment with easy occurrence of arc light, such as high voltage electrical machine junction box protection.

4.1 The primary unit can carry 16-way arc sensor independently
4.2 Equipped with an independent background system;
4.3 Optical looped network design
4.4 Functions of failure recording, failure location and current measurement;

4.6 Arc signal realizes serial transmission among collection units to arbitrarily add quantity of monitoring points;
4.7 The primary unit and the collection unit share dual-connection concerning optical fiber and communication
4.8 Computing time is shorter than 208μs;
4.9 Key components adopt imported high-quality products;
4.10 Passed electro-magnetic compatibility with the severity grade of IV;
4.11 The arc sensor realizes passive connection with the primary device via optical fiber, with strong electric isolation and capacity of anti-interference.
4.12 Alloy shell design with light weight is more effective to shield external electro-magnetic interference.
4.13 Actuation criterion can be set in two actuations, one is dual actuation with arc and over current, and the other is single arc actuation, synchronism of the actuation port can be set in terms of demand;

6. Overall Dimension and Installation Opening Hole
Note: Overall dimension and installation dimension as well as installation opening hole of THT-APS-MU,THT-APS-AC and THT-APS-FU are the same. Take the THT-APS-MU for example.
The primary unit and the collection unit are connected by cable and optical fiber. Pay attention to threading hole of the spanning screen wiring in design. Current collections can realize cascade.
