2. Purpose:
THT-FZG Neutral Grounding Resistors Enclosure is a complete set of equipment specially used for the power generator’s neutral point adapts the high resistance grounding.
3.Design principle:
The arc grounding over-voltage occurs when the Generator main circuits have a high earth fault current. While the generator usually capable of loading low withstand voltage and easier to damage. The generator coil will sever burns if the earth current is too high. The –FZG type generator neutral grounding resistor is the most popular and safe in the practice by high resistance connecting to the earth.
4.Site condition:
(1) Ambient temperature: -40°C~60°C
(2) Altitude: less than 4000m
(3) Relative humidity: less than 95% (25°C)
(4) Rated frequency: 50/60HZ
5.Properties:
(1) Material of enclosure: stainless steel or aluminum zinc plate with high corrosion-resistance.
(2) Intellect controlled unit: monitor the unbalanced current, the resistor plate, the grounding transformer and the enclosure temperature, It can also transmit the earth fault information to the controlling room.
