3. Working principle of vibrating feeder:

GZD serial of vibrating feeder is composed of feeder groove, exciter, spring bearing, gear etc. the vibration source of the groove feeding vibration is exciter, exciter is composed of two eccentric shaft and gear. the motor through the triangle to drive the active axis. The up gear of the active axis drives the passive-axis with rotating, active and passive axis reverse rotation at the same time, make the body vibrate and continuous flow of materials, to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
