Working principle of circular vibratingscreen:
It is called china vibrating screen because the screening box moves on a circular locus. The vibration exciter, powered by the motor connected to wedge belts, rotates at a extremely high speed, and makes the screening box move. Thus, materials on the screen will move and the particles smaller than the screen mesh fall. In the multiple-layered machine, the feed is introduced to the top coarse screen, the undersize falling through to the finer screen. Thus a range of sized fractions can be produced by this machine.
