Application:
Double Roll Crusher is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the industry of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and so on. It can crush materials in middle hardness such as rocks, ore, coke, lump coal, slag, mineral slag, cement clinker, fireproof materials, and so on.
Working principle:
This series of double roll crusher mainly composed by roller, the roller bearing support, pressed and adjusting device, driving device etc.
The discharging-size regulation: between two roller equipped with cuneate or gasket adjusting device, top of the wedge device capped with adjustment bolts, when the adjustment bolts pull upward wedge which will bear against the fixed wheel to make it deviate from the movable roller wheel, then the gap between wheels become large, discharging size become bigger, otherwise the opposite. gasket device is through the quantity or thickness to adjust the materials size, when adding gaskets the gap between wheels become large, when reducing gaskets the gap between wheels become small .so the discharging size becomes small.
Roll crusher to pay attention to the following:
1)To strengthen the work to the removal of iron ore. Non-broken materials (solder first class materials) fall into the room on roller crusher damage, resulting in parking accident. So breakers should be installed before the addition of iron device.
2)Viscous material easy to plug the break room, plug in the treatment failure should stop processing, not to poke mine in operation.
3)When dealing with large more materials, we should note that large ore easily squeezed out from the break room, to prevent injury, or damage equipment.
4)Roll crusher run a long time, due to the roll surface wear larger size too small will lead to products, then adjust the arrangement to pay attention to mine mouth or on equipment maintenance.
5)Strengthen the inspection of equipment, lubrication equipment parts on time and fuel to maintain good lubrication equipment.
